Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

Course Description

The Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Yellow Belt Virtual Lab is a thoughtfully designed workshop that unfolds over two consecutive days. Each day is devoted to four hours of immersive learning, with an emphasis on presenting key LSS Yellow Belt concepts in a manner that is both analytically rigorous and creatively engaging.

This course goes beyond the mere dissemination of theoretical knowledge. It is about fostering an experiential learning environment where participants can interact with peers, exchange insights, and draw from the real-world experiences of seasoned instructors. This fusion of theory and practice is what distinguishes our course.

Designed with process owners and other key players in Lean Six Sigma initiatives in mind, the LSS Yellow Belt course familiarizes participants with the distinctive terminology, constructs, and concepts integral to Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
