What is a Lean Practitioner?

This unique approach allows hospital staff to explore and enhance their work area processes, ultimately benefiting both patients and medical staff.

Every Lean principle is examined thoroughly via real-life examples and hands-on applications, showcasing successful Lean implementations in healthcare settings. This comprehensive exploration empowers participants to independently apply Lean methods and tools within their own departments, fostering continual improvement.
