What is a Lean Practitioner?

The Lean for Healthcare course is an application-focused program designed to equip healthcare professionals with both basic and intermediate techniques. It provides a comprehensive insight into Lean principles, methods, and tools, all tailored specifically for the healthcare sector.

The course's primary objective is to prepare healthcare professionals to implement Lean tools and methods autonomously within their respective departments. It achieves this through a blend of classroom training, which includes lectures and simulation exercises. This unique approach allows hospital staff to explore and enhance their work area processes, ultimately benefiting both patients and medical staff.

Every Lean principle is examined thoroughly via real-life examples and hands-on applications, showcasing successful Lean implementations in healthcare settings. This comprehensive exploration empowers participants to independently apply Lean methods and tools within their own departments, fostering continual improvement.
